Matsuri Hinoya is a seventh grader who loves festivals. She dreams of competing in PriMagi, an event that combines song, dance, and fashion. One day, Myamu, an energetic and mischievous girl, arrives from the magical kingdom and helps Matsuri qualify for PriMagi. Together, they battle their rivals to reach the top of PriMagi.
