Spanish club Real Betis Balompié has unveiled a NARUTO SHIPPUDEN soccer shirt. On the occasion of the 2nd Real Betis Week organized in the Japanese capital, the Andalusian club launched a limited edition of its home jersey in partnership with its equipment supplier Hummel and NARUTO SHIPPUDEN, the famous anime created by Masashi Kishimoto.

To strengthen its ties with Japan and broaden its audience, Real Betis Balompié, currently 6ᵉ in La Liga, has come up with a limited-edition jersey featuring the club’s traditional colors.

Designed in partnership with Hummel, the club’s official outfitter, the jersey retains the green and white colors of the Andalusian club, while featuring Naruto Uzumaki. It features an illustration of the Konoha ninja performing his famous multi-cloning technique, the Konoha Village symbol on the sleeve and the official NARUTO SHIPPUDEN logo.

Only 845 copies of this exclusive jersey have been produced. Priced at €90 for adults and €85 for children, it is available from the club’s online store and at several points of sale in Seville.

And there’s no doubt that it will quickly win over fans: although the anime ended in 2016, Konoha’s famous ninja remains an inescapable pop culture icon, still omnipresent on streaming platforms thanks to its animated adaptation.
