Mediatoon Licensing represents the licensing rights for DAN DA DAN’s anime, an adaptation of Yukinobu Tatsu’s manga.
What’s DAN DA DAN ?
DAN DA DAN is the anime adaptation of the manga prepublished in the Shonen Jump Plus. In French, the manga is published by Crunchyroll and knows an important success.
Momo believes in ghosts, but not in aliens, while her classmate Okarun believes in aliens, but not in ghost! To find out who’s right, they decide to separately visit places associated with the occult and the supernatural. It turns out that neither of them was wrong, but they find themselves embroiled together in a very strange adventure…
A promising anime
The anime is produced by the animation studio Science SARU and director Fuga Yamashiro with original music by composer kensuke ushio (Chainsaw Man, DEVILMAN crybaby, A Silent Voice) known for his cutting-edge, exhilarating sound. DAN DA DAN’s anime will be available on ADN, Netflix and Crunchyroll. And ADN will produce the French version.
